Place a towel or soft material to cushion fish . Have your syringe in easy reach . Note there is air and water in the bag.

With scissors cut the end of the bag to let
out water and air

Drain the water and air out ,you can use part of the bag and your knee to hold down the fish firmly. |

Pinning the fish down with knees and left hand you are ready to inject . |

A firm thrust is required to get by the scales . |
